A title would shut an image inside a word, and I want it open. What I feel as melancholy you may feel as contemplation, and what I read as strength someone else receives as tenderness. Every portrait stays a half open door where you can leave your own life, and that is why it is never finished: you complete it while you look.
If one of these gazes stops you, it can become a print or a metal print.
