Privacy notice

1. Personal data processed
In accordance with the Regulation, national legislation and the measures issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), the Company will process your personal data, typically: contact details, tax details and, in the case of a company, also the names and contact details of its employees and collaborators. The data will be processed in digital form, using IT tools that ensure their protection, and in paper form.
2. Purposes and legal basis of the processing
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Company in the course of its activities, for purposes connected with the management of the pre-contractual and contractual relationship, after-sales services and the handling of any disputes. The legal basis that makes the processing lawful is the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or the performance of pre-contractual measures that you have requested, and compliance with legal obligations to which the Controller is subject. Given these conditions of lawfulness, it is therefore not necessary for you to give consent to the processing of personal data.
3. Nature of the provision of data and methods of processing
The provision of data is necessary for the purposes indicated. Without it, it will not be possible to establish any pre-contractual or contractual relationship, or to properly perform the obligations and commitments arising from it. The data are processed by the Company's authorised personnel, in accordance with the principles of fairness, loyalty and transparency laid down by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
4. Data retention
The data will be kept, in compliance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, for the entire period of time necessary for the purposes indicated. In particular, the data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and also after its termination, in compliance with civil and tax obligations.
5. Communication, dissemination and transfer of data
Without prejudice to communications made in fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations, the data may be communicated to tax or legal advisers, collaborators of the Company, credit institutions, public bodies and administrations where necessary, as well as to persons legally entitled to receive such information, Italian and foreign judicial authorities and other public authorities, for purposes connected with the fulfilment of legal obligations, or for the performance of the obligations undertaken and arising from the contractual relationship, including the need for defence in court. The Company uses IT suppliers who act as Data Processors on the basis of specific instructions and adequate security measures.
6. Your rights
In relation to the processing of your data, you may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation: to obtain confirmation of the existence of your personal data and access their content; to update, modify or correct your personal data; to request their erasure or the restriction of processing; to object to the processing, except where it is required to comply with a legal obligation; to receive a copy of the data in electronic format and to request that they be transmitted to another controller. In the event of violations of data protection legislation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
