Terms of sale
These terms govern the sale of the products and services offered on this website. Every order starts from a quote accepted in writing.
1. Who sells
The products and services are sold and invoiced by PAWA S.R.L., VAT number IT02915080903, registered office at Via XX Settembre 151, 07041 Alghero (SS), Italy, as part of the VEDO activity. For any communication: info@giuseppeirranca.it.
2. Products and services
Portrait sessions, photo books, single prints, metal prints on brushed aluminium or PVC and commissioned portraits, as described on the Services page.
3. Quote and order
Every product is made to measure and there is no price list. The quote states service, sizes, support, quantity, price, payment methods and any shipping and customs costs. The order is concluded with the written acceptance of the quote and with payment.
4. Price and payment
Payment is in advance, on order, with the methods stated in the quote. Prices are in euro.
5. Delivery and shipping
Prints, books and metal prints are delivered in about 15 days from payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. I also ship outside Italy: shipping costs and any customs duties are stated in the quote and are borne by the buyer.
6. Made to measure products and right of withdrawal
Books, prints and metal prints are made to measure and personalised for the buyer. For goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal provided by the Italian Consumer Code is excluded (Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c, Legislative Decree 206/2005).
7. Defects and legal guarantee
The legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code applies. Any defects must be reported in writing, with photographs, within the legal terms; a defective product is replaced or refunded.
8. Copyright and use of the images
All photographs are works by Giuseppe Irranca and are protected by copyright law. The purchase of a print, a book or a metal print does not transfer the rights to the image, which may not be reproduced, published or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal use of the images from your own session is always allowed.
9. People portrayed
The people portrayed in the portfolio images have signed a written release. For commissioned portraits, the release is part of the agreement.
10. Privacy
Personal data are processed according to the privacy notice.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile; in other cases, the court of Sassari.
